FLEXIBLE WELLBEING AND ORGANIZATIONAL CREATIVITY: PERSONALITY TRAITS ROLE

Organizational creativity is indispensable in a highly competitive and dynamic academic environment; the role of individuals mostly unquantifiable. Hence study argued that ideas, novel research output, patents, grants staff depend on flexible wellbeing workforce which at low level Nigeria. Thus, paper investigated personality traits relationship between organizational creativity. The implemented cross-sectional survey design collated data from six hundred twenty-one ranked Senior Lecturer to Professor eight selected private universities South-West, Nigeria through applying multi-stage random sampling technique. Reliable validated tests were conducted adapted questionnaire before it was used for study. result hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS add-on called process revealed have moderating effect interactions (ΔR2 = 0.014, ΔF(1, 528) 13.579, p < 0.05). Management tailor policies practices workers’ creative drive as there no “one-size-fits-all” approach designing an effective strategy.
